All Equipment is used or refurbished unless otherwise stated
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Any notebook returns are subject to management approval and a 15% restocking fee (minimum $50) within the first TEN (10) calendar days. After 10 days, there will be an additional $25.00 per day fee assessed, which coincides with our rental rates. In situations where a notebook is exchanged within the 10 day exchange period for a notebook of lesser value and then the notebook of lesser value is returned for refund, the 15% restocking fee will based off the price of the original notebook purchased. Mr. Notebook, Inc. will not accept returns after THIRTY (30) days under any circumstances. No refunds and exchanges on software. Check purchase refunds require a wait period of FOURTEEN (14) days.
Any returns must be made at the location of the original purchase; items from other locations will not be accepted as returns.
Mr. Notebook, Inc. will not provide for returns on individual components or accessories purchased. We will, however, offer an exchange for an identical item within the warranty period of the item.
Mr. Notebook, Inc. will allow our customers to exchange notebooks for a full in-store credit within TEN (10) calendar days of the original notebook purchase. This exchange option is limited to one exchange per notebook purchase and must be exchanged for an item in stock.
Warranties stated herein apply only to items purchased from Mr. Notebook’s retail location. Warranties herein are personal to the original purchaser and are not transferable. Warranties herein do not apply to, and Mr. Notebook will have no liability of any kind whatsoever for, problems or damages arising out of or relating to products (including software) or services provided by you or others.
Mr. Notebook cannot and will not support third party hardware or software on any machine purchased from us including Internet service providers. We will however verify functionality of all hardware or software sold by Mr. Notebook.
All notebooks will carry a LIFETIME LABOR WARRANTY. This does not apply for any items damaged by misuse or physical abuse.
Warranties on parts will vary depending on the item purchased:
Unless otherwise stated, all notebooks carry a 90-DAY PARTS WARRANTY from the date of purchase. This covers all components of the machine except batteries and software.
All accessories or components sold independent of a notebook will carry a THIRTY (30) day warranty with the following exceptions which will carry a NINETY (90) day warranty: drives, batteries, docking stations, port reps, and memory.
ANY ITEM DAMAGED BY MISUSE OR ABUSE INCLUDING SPILLS WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY, AND WILL VOID ANY REMAINING WARRANTY WITH MR. NOTEBOOK, INC.
Removal or defacement of warranty stickers will void any and all warranties expressed or implied by Mr. Notebook.
In accordance with these warranties Mr. Notebook, Inc. will repair or replace parts at our discretion for no charge during the applicable warranty period. Turn around time for notebook warranty repairs will be approximately 3-4 business days. Mr. Notebook is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return any product for repair or replacement in or out of the warranty period. We will, however, cover return shipping charges for issues occurring within the warranty period. Additional shipping charges may apply for returns outside the US.
Except if expressly set forth herein, Mr. Notebook, Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and Specifically disclaims any warranty of Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any warranty arriving by usage of trade, course of dealing, or course of performance.
A NOTE ABOUT SOFTWARE
Mr. Notebook, Inc. is a hardware dealer specializing in notebook sales, service, and upgrades. We are not a software dealer, and therefore cannot provide service on software related issues. We can, however, restore your system to the original software configuration at the time of purchase. In order to do this, we must have the operating system license given to you at the time of purchase. In the event that data must be transferred, there may be an additional charge. If data is transferred, we will not be able to move applications, only data files you have created. Please ask a sales associate for more information on this policy.
